This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains our terms for cancellations, returns and refunds for purchases made on Numrologic.

Our product is a personalized digital report. Because each report is created manually and individually for every customer, all sales are final. No refunds or returns are provided under any circumstances.

Our flagship offering, the Name Alignment Blueprint Report, is a personalized digital product. Work on your report begins shortly after your order is confirmed, and the report is prepared specifically for you based on your details.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed once a purchase is completed.

Because our Name Alignment Blueprint Report is a digital and personalized product, and work begins soon after your order is placed, we cannot accept any cancellations once payment has been successfully processed.

Before purchasing, please ensure that you understand what the report includes and how it is delivered.

Returns and Refunds

Digital products cannot be returned or revoked once delivered.

For this reason, Numrologic does not offer refunds for any orders under any circumstances.

This policy is designed to prevent misuse and to protect the personalized content created specifically for you.

Exceptions and Support

Although refunds are not provided, we will fully support you if you face any technical issues with accessing or receiving your report.

You may contact us if:

You did not receive your report within the promised delivery timeline
You are unable to access the digital file
Your email or WhatsApp delivery failed due to a technical error

Our team will resend your report at no extra cost.

Please note:

Technical issues do not qualify for a refund
Requests must be made within 1 day of expected delivery
Refunds are not issued under any scenario

If you feel the product description was unclear, you may reach out to us for clarification. However, this also does not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
